The phones sold on our website are REPLICAS and are not to be confused with the genuine product. These replica phones are designed for novelty and are not the real thing. They are designed to closely resemble the real thing and can easily be confused for the real products, but they are not and therefore should not be treated as such. They may not be sold as the real product - it is illegal and wrong. The phones presented on this website are not manufactured, guaranteed, or endorsed by the respective companies. Vertuclone.eu is not responsible for how the product is used or transfered by its customers. By agreeing to the terms of use, you release Vertuclone.eu from any liability for your actions and agree to not resell these replicas as originals.

Ordering

For credit card purchases Customers shall be required to send additional detailed information regarding the transaction after the card is charged for anti-fraud verification purposes (does not apply to credit card orders through PayPal). Vertuclone.eu staff have no right to request any credit card numbers (except BIN numbers) or bank account numbers. PLEASE DO NOT PLACE YOUR ORDER BY CREDIT CARD (except PayPal) IF YOU HAVE NO INTENTION OF COOPERATING WITH Vertuclone.eu SECURITY DEPARTMENT, otherwise you will be subject to 20% processing charges for the refund.

Shipping & Handling

For items in stock, orders will be available for shipping within 3 business days after payment has been cleared.

For items out of stock, we will notify you of the expected product availability date.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once the order has shipped.

On arrival of merchandise via UPS/EMS/DHL/FedEx, You must pick up the merchandise in 10 days as specified by UPS/EMS/DHL/FedEx. If You are not available for pickup, please assign a third person to pick up the merchandise. Vertuclone.eu will not be responsible for any loss due to non-pickup merchandises. This arbitrary clause also applies to all payment methods (including PayPal and Credit Card).

Customs clearance, import duties and VAT

Merchandise price does not include any import duty or tariffs. This arbitrary clause also applies to all PayPal and credit card payment methods.

Customs issues are to be handled at the expense of the client and will not be refunded.

Import duties and VAT may or may not be levied and will only be determined when the shipment goes through Customs in your country. Please check your country's import policy to understand your liability.

All duties and taxes levied are your (the buyers) responsibility and shall be paid directly to the buyer's government or to the courier company when the goods are delivered.

Vertuclone.eu shall not be responsible for any shipping or customs delay since this is outside our control.

Vertuclone.eu will not cover any loss of merchandise being confiscated by custom due to Your refusal of paying import tariffs.

Return Policy

If you receive a wrong or defective item please contact us by e-mail, phone or fax within 48 hours from receiving the product. Products must be returned in the same condition as received. Boxes, packing materials, wrappers, cartons, instruction manuals, warranty cards and products must be in their ORIGINAL condition without markings, tape, folds or defacing. PLEASE DO NOT WRITE OR MARK ANYTHING ON THE PHONE BOX.

You may return new, unopened items for store credit, less a 20% restocking fee, within 15 business days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging with all included accessories intact. If you state that the phone is defected, and upon returning our Expert Tech Team declares the phone to be in full-working condition, the phone shall be sent back at your expense; a refund will not be issued.

Products returned in other than original condition will be subject to a 15% minimum restocking fee.

For all returns, the buyer must contact Customer Services in writing to describe reason for returns.

The buyer shall be responsible for all shipping, insurance, and handling charges (where applicable) when returning the items to Customer Services for exchange or credit. Shipping and handling fees shall not be credited.

The buyer shall also be responsible for all shipping, insurance, and handling charges (where applicable) when Vertuclone.eu returns the replaced items to the buyer.

Vertuclone.eu shall not be responsible for losses and breakage during the return shipping process. It is highly recommended that the buyer use a traceable mean to ship the product and purchase shipping insurance.

We'll notify you by email once we've received and processed your returned item. We typically process your returned items within 3 to 5 days of receiving them.

All phones are insured. If a phone arrives physically damaged or is DOA (dead on arrival) please let the delivery company know first; it is best to unpack the parcel in front of the delivery guy. They should know and admit that the phone was damaged in transit. Only then can you submit photos of the damages to us, so that we can claim the payout and sent you another new phone immediately.

Products received later than 10 days from order cannot be accepted for return and NO refunds will be given. After this period the mobile is subject to GUARANTEE REPAIRS ONLY.

Problem with the delivery

If you've already received a tracking number from us and there is a problem with the delivery (customs regulations, loss, etc.), please contact the shipping service. As the Chinese law states the sender is not to be held responsible for the delivery of the product; the shipping service is.

IMPORTANT: If you live in the USA or Canada please check with your service provider for the bandwidth they are using in your area and make your purchase accordingly. Many of our phones support 900/1800/1900 GSM networks, and work in US and Canada. Please make sure you are buying the correct phone. We are not responsible for any compatibility issues. All our phones are GSM unlocked phones.

We are NOT responsible for internet/web browser compatibility issues. An unlocked phone is guaranteed to make/receive calls and text messages. Internet functions and features are NOT guaranteed. It depends on your carrier. Almost all phone manuals are in Chinese. Documentation may also be available in English and other languages, but ask about specific model to make sure. Depending on your country, our products may be subject to customs fees.
